Cinema Facilities

• The cinema opens its doors 20 minutes before the first advertised screening of the day.
• If you require access before this time please call the main line 0121 450 6800
• Purchases can be made by credit or debit card at our box office, automatic ticket machines or concession stand
• Three automatic ticket machines are situated in our front lobby for your convenience, you may purchase tickets here or pick up telephone and internet bookings
• A portable induction hearing loop system is available at box office, and can be used at any concession stand.
• Guest Services. This is situated behind  the box office on the ground floor
• Please request your hearing loop emitters at guest services, we will ask to retain your ID as a security deposit
• Car park validator is situated on our guest service counter and at box office.
• Accessible toilets , we have these on our ground floor and 2nd floor
• Guest toilets are situated in the ground and 2^nd floors
• Booster seats are available for small children; these are situated in our lobby areas and are provided for free. Please return them after use.
• A lift provides access to the 2^nd floor for wheelchair users and those persons unable use escalators
• Concession Stands. There are two concession stands, the main stand is on the ground floor and the second stand is on our 2^nd floor.
• Bench seating is available on our ground and 2^nd floor. In addition a soft seating area is situated on the 2^nd floor next to the concession stand
• Alcohol may be purchased and these stands, all alcoholic drinks are decanted into plastic cups. You may take these into your chosen movie. Please note AMC is a Challenge 21 business.
• Vending machines are available for your convenience on both the ground and 2^nd floor.
• Family entertainment. amusement / arcade machines are available in the lobby area for your amusement before or after your movie.
