Cinema Facilities

• The cinema opens its doors 20 minutes before the first advertised screening of the day.
• The box office is situated on Great Northern Plaza atrium
• If you require access before this time please call the main line 0161 817 3000
• Purchases can be made by credit or debit card at our box office, automatic ticket machines or concession stand
• Three automatic ticket machines are situated next to the box office for your convenience to pick up telephone and internet bookings
• A portable induction hearing loop system is available at box office, and can be used at any concession stand.
• Guest Services. This is situated in the main cinema lobby which is one floor up from box office
• Please request your hearing loop emitters at guest services, we will ask to retain your ID as a security deposit
• Car park validator is situated on our guest service counter only.
• Accessible toilets , we have these on our main cinema floor and  mezzanine floor
• Guest toilets are situated on our main cinema floor and  mezzanine floor
• Baby changing facilities are available in the accessible toilet on the main cinema floor.
• Booster seats are available for small children; these are situated in our lobby areas and are provided for free. Please return them after use.
• A lift provides access to the our main cinema floor and  mezzanine floor for wheelchair users and those persons unable to use escalators
• Concession Stands. There is one concession stand on the main cinema floor.
• Bench seating is available on our plaza floor, main cinema floor and mezzanine floor. In addition tables and chairs are situated next to the concession stand
• Alcohol may be purchased at the concession stand; all alcoholic drinks are decanted into plastic cups. You may not take these into your chosen movie. Please note AMC is a Challenge 21 business.
• Vending machines are available for your convenience on both the plaza and mezzanine floor.
• Family entertainment. amusement / arcade machines are available in plaza area for your amusement before or after your movie.
